About Me
I create spaces where people feel safe to be themselves, to show up authentically, speak their truth, and experience ease in environments that can often feel overwhelming.
As a neurodivergent individual, my work is rooted in lived experience. I understand what it’s like to try and navigate systems that weren’t designed for neurodivergent individuals, or built with wellbeing in mind. That’s why everything I offer is grounded in a wellbeing-first approach.
Through one-to-one online sessions, circles, and workshops (both online and in person), I create nurturing, presence-led spaces where nervous systems can relax and people can reconnect with themselves. My circle work is built on authenticity and acceptance and keeping confidentiality, and a non-judgemental approach, creating brave spaces where honesty and depth are welcomed. I choose to work with people who are committed to self development and exploring life with curiosity and an open mind.
Alongside facilitation, I work as an actor and filmmaker. I’m passionate about bringing genuine inclusivity and neurodivergent awareness into the creative industries, not as box-ticking, but through structural change that allows people to truly thrive.
Having grown up learning videography from my father, I now film retreats, conscious events, and interviews, blending space holding with storytelling. For me, the camera is a sacred tool for authentic expression, especially when capturing people in nature, speaking from the heart.
I also work in garden landscaping, designing and building outdoor spaces that nurture both people and wildlife. Working closely with nature, shaping land, installing features, and creating habitats. Nurturing nature is deeply grounding for me, and I enjoy combining physical craft with ecological awareness and care.
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief:
When wellbeing comes first, authenticity emerges and people flourish.

‘We traveled through time and space and found the greater dream of my soul; to ascend in frequency. All in all it was a special session, with full 1:1 presence. The meditations were done straight out of your mind and you really joined them yourself while speaking. You gave me good check-in questions along the way and you gave REALLY accurate reflections of what you heard me say. An excellent mirror. Super grateful!

‘an excellent sensitively held expansive dream session with unexpectedly rich content. A lovely intimate circle where I got to share some tender soulful dreams in good company and hear other renditions of the imaginal world from the other sensitive souls in the group. Enriching! Grateful.’
